HIGUCHI YOKOHAMA in 2009

YOKOHAMA FC announced "HIGUCHI Yasuhiro" will be the coach in 2009 season. HIGUCHI was the former coach of OMIYA Ardija (J1) and resigned to take responsibility for the 2008 season's result, finished in the 12th position out of 18 teams. He was the assistant coach of marinos from 1999, the coach of Montedio YAMAGATA (J2) in 2006 and 2007 season.

2008 J League Division 2 season end

YOKOHAMA FC finished this season in the 10th place out of 18 teams. We could get only 50 point with 11 won, 14 lost, and 17 draw, although the first prize winner, HIROSHIMA got 100 points. We could not achieve our aim which we come back Division 1 in this year. Let's do our best in the next season!
